美国研究人员的一项最新研究成果显示,胆固醇水平正常或稍高的人,可以用杏仁取代其膳食中的低营养密度食品,达到降低血液胆固醇并保持心脏健康的目的。研究者认为,杏仁中所富含的多种营养素,比如维生素E,单不饱和脂肪和膳食纤维共同作用能够有效降低心脏病的发病危险。样本中85位中老年志愿者(平均年龄56岁)的总胆固醇水平降低了7.6%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降了9%。也未造成体重的增加。
