HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Check in : 3.00 p.m.
Check out : 12.00 p.m.

Dear Guest(s), Guests are kindly advised to read the House Rules & Regulations before using the facilities.

1. A security deposit of RM100.00 per premise will be collected upon booking done online to be refunded in full within seven (7) days from date of checking-out once Management have checked for any loss damage and / or breakage during the stay.

2. Check-in time is at 3.00 P.M. onwards and check-out time is at 12.00 P.M.

3. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check-out as follows:
Before 4 p.m. – RM 50.00
Before 6 p.m. – RM 100.00
After 6 p.m. – a full day charge
Please inform in advance of late check-out time.

4. Any request for cleaning services and extra towels or any other facilities during your stay will attract additional charges.

5. In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the premise during their stay. All guests are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

6. The following activities / consumption are not allowed inside the premise:
• Drug, gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia.
• No Pets are allowed during your stay in the premise.
• Smoking is only allowed on the deck/balcony. Any evidence of smoking inside the premise will result in penalty of RM100.00.
• No shoes are allowed on the premise, a penalty of RM50.00 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor.
• No non-halal food including alcoholic drinks are to be taken or consumed in the premise or vicinity.

7. Any loss damage and or stealing of any play equipment or any other items will attract a replacement fee.

8. Any use of these facilities without prior consent will result in the forfeit of security deposit.

9. Lost or damage to TV/ Fan /Air Conditioner remotes /gadgets, accommodation access card/keys will attract a fee of RM100.00.

10. Premise should be left in a reasonably good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50.00 will apply if premise are left in an unreasonably dirty and messy condition.

11. Any loss breakage or damage to any equipment and / or furniture and/or utensils or any other items will be charged to the guest according to the inventory price list. Should guest wishes to purchase any of the items please inform the Management.

12. The Management will not be responsible for any personal injury, dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest’s negligence. Any illegal activities & vandalism will be reported to the Police or the appropriate authorised department.

13. Guests are encouraged to turn off all electrical appliances (including lights and air conditioners) when not in use for energy saving. “SAVING ENERGY, SAVING THE EARTH & OUR PLANET”

14. Guests are required to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.

15. Guests are advised to abide by the above House Rules & Regulations including any legal requirements of the law as well as any other existing regulatory imposition by the government (e.g. the covid19 SOP).
