SHAN - Vegetable Masala-100g
Method to cook:
Heat oil in a kadai , add chopped ginger ang garlic, and sliced onion and saute untill golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are mashed. Add Shan vegetable masala and saute for a few minutes. Add cut vegetables, enough quantity of water and adjust salt. Cook until the vegetable are done and the gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
