E5 瘦身管理与Edeox 青苹果酵素排毒使用方法手册.

首先感恩你选择了亿国际瘦身配套作为你的瘦身产品！
以下是一些简单讲解使用方法：

当你拿到了产品后，你会发现E5 瘦身管理是15包装，代表可以使用15天分量。Edeox 青苹果酵素排毒是18包装可以使用18天，第一套疗程18天。

原因如下：
因为首先第一步你必须把肠道内的毒素以及宿便先排出体外，以确保肠道环境保持良好状态，再开始我们的瘦身计划。

For better result, we would suggest you to follow the below simple steps:-

1. 1st 3 days
- Detox/clean thoroughly your intestines by taking only EDetox every evening after dinner

2. 4th day onwards
- Take one sachet of E5 every morning before breakfast (Blend/shake with 300ml of water to consume) * Remember to take breakfast between half to an hour after completion of E5.
Notes:
Those with gastric problem please take E5 one hour after breakfast.

- As usual, take one sachet of EDetox every evening after dinner/before sleep
Method: Blend/Shake using EGlobal shaker by mixing 300ml of plain water
* It is recommendable to use cool ice water to shake with, for better taste.
Notes:
EDetox is high fiber product, hence we recommend to consume immediately after shaked. Otherwise it will turn into too thick solution and you may feel difficult to swallow

Gentle reminder:
> It is normal where you will have to go toilet more frequent than usual, and you will tend to pass more bowel than usual too.
> In order to stimulate the motility of Gastroint#estinal (intestine to work efficiently), we suggest to drink atleast 8 Big glass of plain water daily.
This will help to ensure EDetox work effectively by eliminating body fats

Slimming tips:-
1. Good news is you don’t need to starve. You can still take your favorite breakfast as usual
2. Take moderate amount of lunch
3. Dinner before 7pm daily and try not to consume any supper 4 hours prior to sleeping time
