Ingredients:

Sugar,Onion,Palm Oil, Lemongrass, Galangal,Ginger, Garlic,Salt,Turmeric,Cumin

Step 1:

Add 200g of satay paste to 1kg chicken thigh, cut into cubes

Step 2:

Add 200ml of oil,100ml of coconut cream into mixture and skewer meat

Step 3:

Pan fry or Barbecue marinated satay meat
