It is a Japanese seasoning and soup stock with rich flavored of soy sauce and “Umami”. It comes with an easy-to-use granule type. A package includes 4 packets (1 packet for 6 servings), so you can cook 24 servings of Oden with one package.  


By dissolving it in hot water, it can be used for many recipes such as Oden (a Japanese hot-pot, traditional winter menu), hot-pot, Pot-au-feur, stewed dishes, Udon and Soba noodles, boiled tofu, clear soup, savory egg custard etc.　 


You can also use as Japanese seasoning in various recipes such as fried rice, fried vegetables, meats and seafood. 


Serving Directions (appx. 6 Servings): 1. Dissolve 1 pouch of S&B Japanese Oden Seasoning in approximately 960ml of water. 2. Add Kombu, Chikuwa, Konnyaku, Daikon Radish into pot 3. Cook over low heat until those are done and simmer.
