(A) How to inflate:
1) Open air valve (first layer) of the mattress
2) Insert the air valve of the air bag (NOT provided) to the mattress
3) Let the air to flow into air bag
4) Then roll and push the air inside air bag into mattress, repeat few times and DONE!

(B) How to deflate:
1) Open the air valve (second layer) of the mattress to release air
2) Fold it
3) Roll the mat start from bottom to pillow, squeeze the air out (Repeat the step, it will be smaller)
4) Close the valve and store into storage bag
