Ticket Information:

Steps to redeem the Gift Card:-

a) Place the Order at the Platform;

b) At the check-out page, click on ‘Do you have a voucher’ and input the unique code found at the Gift

Card accordingly;

c) The Offer will be applied in the grand total (if any).


foodpanda reserves the right not to accept any Gift Card or otherwise limit use of a Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the use of the same is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

foodpanda reserves the right to change, revise or amend the Terms herein and/or cancel, revise or reject any redemption, discounts or promotions in relation to the Gift Card at any time without notice and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any person or party. Any decision made by foodpanda in relation thereto shall be final and binding on all persons.

foodpanda shall not be liable to any person and/or be liable to offer replacement of any Gift Cards, cash or otherwise compensate any person for expired, invalid, discontinued or cancelled Gift Cards; improper use of, or inability to redeem any Gift Card; or the inability to redeem a Gift Card due to technical issues.


Terms & Conditions:


The Gift Card can be used to make any purchases from the Platform (“​Order​”) and subject to the Gift Card value, You may be entitled to a price-off the total Order value (“​Offer​”)

Unless stated otherwise, the Gift Card is applicable for redemption and is not restricted to any minimum order value.

In the event that the value of the Gift Card is insufficient to set off the total Order Value, You can pay the remaining Order value via the payment methods such as credit card, that made available by Us from time to time on the Platform.

The Gift Card must be entered at the check-out page prior to payment.

Unless stated otherwise, only one (1) Gift Card may be applied and redeemed for one (1) Order by a person.

Any use of the same Gift Card made before or after the Validity Period will be invalid and rejected.

Unless stated otherwise, Gift Cards are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

No partial redemption or discount or redemption for an Offer and/or Order will be allowed.

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferable.
