This durable cleaver is not only perfect for slicing raw meats but can be used in food preparation dealing with vegetables. The handle of this cleaver is made out of durable black plastic and has been designed with ergonomics in mind to prevent hand cramping, no matter how long you are using. It is simple to wash and, due to its size, can be stored with other kitchen knives or utensils.

- MULTIFUNCTIONAL - It can easily handle daily kitchen tasks like chopping, meat slicing, meat dicing, meat mincing. It is also a good kitchen knife for cutting bones and coconut.

- EASY TO CLEAN - Automatic dishwashers and strong detergents can cause damage to the blade. We recommend hand washing only.

- EASY TO MAINTAIN - To ensure longer life and better utility, store your knife in a dry place to protect blade from corrosion. Your knife should never be used for any other purpose except cutting foods.
