Standard Packaging Method is with Bubble wrap (+Ice Pack for Chocolates) and Flyer Bag, while Carton Box will only be provided for Bulk Order. Beehive Chocolate will accept no liability for damaged products due to mishandling during delivery. Items may be delivered dented (or slightly out of shape due to mishandling during delivery & our sunny weather) but rest assured that the content is safe and secured.
Refund: For returned items due to rejection / unclaimed, a partial refund can be arranged with deduction of courier charge, handling & processing fee (RM8) and subject to the condition of the items being returned.
