Ingredients required
- 180g Assam Pedas Paste
- 700g Prawns
- 4 Okras
- 1 Tomato
Cooking Instruction
- Saute Kantan Assam Pedas Paste over medium heat. 将一包【简单阿叁即煮酱料】倒入锅内。
- Add 700g of prawns/squid, stir and mix well with Assam Pedas Paste until half cooked. 爆香后,加入700斤虾或墨鱼,炒至半熟。
- Add in 125ml water (1/2 cup), tomato and okra, bring to boil for 3 mins. Season to taste and serve hot. 加入 125毫升水(半杯水),番茄和秋葵,搅拌3分钟,趁热食用。
