You will have peace of mind knowing that Acer will have your equipment covered for most losses during these unfortunate events with a few simple steps. Acer Accidental Damage Cover well exceeds the standards of your Limited Warranty by safeguarding you against unintentional damage, such as liquid spills, electrical surges, accidental breakage, drops, falls and / or other collisions.

❗ Important Notice ❗

*Warranty commences from the purchase date of the Products. Official receipt / proof of purchase may be requested to be presented for repairs*
*Acer SuperCare must be activated within 3 to 6 months from the purchase date of the products*
*Acer SuperCare is non-renewable and is only valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase of the products*

**On-Site
- Coverage are for onsite support is up to 60mm from the nearest Service Provider's service centres. For locations outside the coverage area, traveling cost shall be charged to the customer.
- For on-site services, the Service Provider will (if necessary after phone support) dispatch an engineer to the customer for either parts replacement or repairs determined as most suitable by Service Provider.

**Notice of Claim (Accidental damage & Theft)
- Written notice of Claim must be given to Service Provider within 14 days after the Date of incident.
- Customer shall produce for examination pertinent documents at such reasonable times and shall co-operate with Service Provider in all matters pertaining to any Claims. Failure to comply with this condition may prejudice the Claim and Acer or Service Provider reserves the right to reject such Claim.
- Written notice of Claim given by or on behalf of the customer to Service Provider, providing information sufficient to identify the customer shall be deemed notice to Acer.

**Proof of Claim (Accidental damage & Theft)
- Customer shall forward to Service Provider an original receipts, a police report stating the product's manufacturer serial number and such other proof required to support the nature of Claim within 14 days from the Date of Incident.
