Step 4 : Write down your SMARTAG problem Step 5 : Ensure that your Smart Tag is well protected. Quick checklist! – Your package should include the following : - 1 x faulty Smart Tag (battery and other accessories not required) - 1 x Screenshot and Send us your Order ID to our Chatbox . 3) How do I know my SMARTAG is ready? • We will call or email to customer. 4) Is there a warranty? • Yes, 1 year warranty on the same problem. 5) What is the address for delivery? • Delivery address to Basset Sdn Bhd is as follows : Basset Sdn Bhd No.32, Jalan SS 26/13, Taman Mayang Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
