PRODUCT FEATURES

The NAKAJIMA Easy Knife Sharpener with Anti-Slip Base for Stainless Steel Knives is a general purpose sharpener dedicated for stainless steel knife. It cannot be used for knife made of ceramic, fluorine processing, Teflon processing knives. It may cause spillage of the blade or breakdown of the main unit. Please also note that it cannot be used for thick knives such as blades and sashimi knives.

CARE INSIDE THE COVER
1. Open the cover by pressing the part of the figure.
2. Please open the cover and take out the grindstone and wash it.
*At this time, please do not apply excessive force so that the pin does not break.
*Since the grindstone is made of ceramic, please do not touch it with bare hands.
3. Please close the cover until it snaps.

HOW TO USE
*It is more effective to use the grindstone part a little wet.

- Prepare a kitchen knife and a knife sharpener on a stable base.
- Put the knife and knife blade part vertically in the groove.
- Please do not rub the kitchen knife and knife to the left and right, but please slide it about 10 times back and forth to sharpen.

*Please do it again several times when sharpness does not improve.

PRECAUTIONS

- This product is used to sharpen knives at home. Please do not use it for other usage.
- Please do not put near fire. There is risk of deformation or breakage of the main body due to heating.
