  • PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
  • A-LICES Shampoo is used for the treatment and eradication of head lice, body lice and their eggs.
  • CAUTION
  • Do not use A-LICES Shampoo: If you are allergic to Malathion or to any of the other ingredients;
  • To treat infants less than 6 months old, except on medical advice.
  • You must tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • Adults, Children and Infants aged 6 months and over:
  • DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
  • For head lice - Wet hair and apply sufficient amount of shampoo to the roots of the hair and scalp, working up a rich lather. Pay special attention to partings, the back of the neck and around the ears. Leave application on for at least 10 minutes before rinsing. Comb the hair (whilst wet) with a fine tooth comb to remove dead lice and eggs (nits). A second application is recommended a week after the first application. Bedding, comb, cap, towel, and clothing should also be washed to prevent re-infection. Avoid contact with any infected persons.
  • For pubic lice - Wet the area and apply directly to pubic hair, hair between the legs and surrounding the anus. Completely cover the skin and hair with the shampoo and work up a rich lather. Leave application on for at least 10 minutes before rinsing. Remove dead lice and eggs (nits) with a fine comb. A second application is recommended a week after the first application.
  • Bedding, comb, towel, and clothing should be washed to prevent re-infection. Avoid contact with infected persons.
  • INGREDIENTS Active Ingredient: Malathion 1% Medicines have benefits and some have risks. Always read the label carefully and use strictly as directed.
