Love Earth’s Organic Baby Light Soy Sauce is traditionally made by boiling and fermenting organic grade soybeans, which are then covered with brine for more than 6 months, resulting in a thin, reddish brown liquid with a pleasant natural fermentation flavour and aroma. 

This savoury sauce has a very rich umami flavour that pairs beautifully with your child’s favourite dishes. No additives. No preservatives. No artificial colouring. No Genetically Modified Ingredients. No MSG. NO acid-hydrolyzed vegetable protein. No Heavy Metals. Just premium quality ingredients, carefully selected and processed to achieve that old world taste. 25% less salt than conventional brands to suit your child’s sensitive palate.

Soy sauce is a salty, brown liquid made of fermented soybeans, water, wheat (which is why most soy sauce is not gluten free), and salt. and that is used in cooking or as a condiment in East Asian cuisine. 

However, babies are particularly susceptible to excessive sodium consumption because of the immaturity of their kidneys. In addition to excess sodium, soy sauce contains many other harmful ingredients and preservatives. Which is why it’s not recommended for Babies before the age of 1 to consume salt or soy sauce. 

According to the Malaysia’s Ministry of Health, children between 1 and 3 years of age have an Adequate intake (AI) of 1,000 milligrams per day for sodium. It is recommended that you add soy sauce to baby food only once the infant reaches one or two years old, but do not exceed one milliliter per feeding or 10 milliliters per day.

Add to soups, porridge, baby meals for umami flavour
