The grape must is a special type of grape juice that includes its skin, seeds, and stems as well. It comes with a sweet, sophisticated taste that also has a slight hint of smoky flavor from the wood interaction. This enriches the taste of savory dishes, such as grilled meat and creamy desserts. Contains 6% acidity and sulfites.
