Vital Oat Bran Powder (500g) With High Beta Glucan From Australia is The Family's Trusted Brand Vital Oat- Oat Bran powder is fully made of Australia oat bran. Each serving contains 20.3% oat beta-glucan with high molecular weight which ensures the formation of a thick viscous gel in the intestines. Studies have shown that high viscosity effect produced by oat beta-glucans in the intestines is important to ensure optimal cholesterol-lowering effect. Taking 2 scoops for 2 servings (±18 g) a day will provide more than 3g of oat beta-glucan. Just mix 2 scoop into 200 ml of cold or lukewarm water and stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
