Palm Nectar is a wholesome natural sweetener which nutritional content far richer than all other commercially available sweetener.

Palm nectar is extracted from fresh liquid coconut buds with ancient pure handmade method. With this method it can remain its natural taste. Palm nectar is rich in nutrients such as mineral and amino acids. It is a sweetener enhancer with its charming caramel fragrance.

The glycemic index of palm nectar is around 35 which is lower than ordinary white sugar. It can replace the usage of ordinary white sugar especially for those diabetes who limited their daily sugar consumption.

Palm nectar containing key vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients (including potassium, zinc, iron and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6) that have been leached out of refined (white) sugars). Compared to brown sugar, palm nectar has 18 times the potassium, 30 times the phosphorus and 10 times the amount of zinc. Palm nectar has a low glycemic index of 35, avoiding the sudden highs and lows associated with refined sugars. Low Glycemic Index (GI 35) helps promote excellent health and maintain lower blood sugar and insulin levels.

By comparison, most commercial agaves are GI 42, Honeys are GI 55 and Cane Sugar are GI 68.

The PH value of palm nectar is almost neutral, it is a better choice to those who want to control their blood sugar level compare with artificial sugar, to replace the sugar in hot coffee, milk tea and etc. Besides hot drinks, palm nectar is also good for cooking.

A pure and unrefined evaporated palm nectar can be used as 1:1 ratio as a replacement for high Fructose Sweetener (Agave, Corn, Maple) and cane sugar. It is really a healthy and natural sweetener replacement of sugar.
