One of Penang's most popular dishes and very much much a staple of the islanders.

Our hokkien mee paste retains the authentic Prawn Hokkien Mee flavor and is easy to make. Simply add

the paste using the simple instructions provided and you'll be able to taste the heavenly hokkien mee dish as if it was made from scratch. A home made feel that our mothers used to make.

This product would appeal to hotels, restaurants and F&B outlets.

Ingredients:

Onion, Palm Oil, Dried Prawns, Chili, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Seasoning, Monosodium Glutamate

Step 1:

Blend 400g of Prawn shell coarsely. Add into a pot with 1.5L of water with 400g of chicken bones.

Step 2:

Add 200g of hokkien mee paste and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Step 3:

Strain stock before serving

Bahan-bahan:

Bawang, Minyak Sawit, Udang Kering, Cili, Gula, Bawang Putih, Garam, Perencah, Monosodium Glutamat

Kisarkan 400g kulit udang secara kasar. Campurkan ke dalam perluk mengandungi 1.5L air dan 400g tulang ayam.

Step 2:

Tambahkan 200g hokkien mee pes dan reneh 45min hingga 1jam

Step 3:

Tapiskan stok sebelum hidang
