Overview:

In this workshop, a series of inverted poses and new variations will be covered which focuses on safe and systematic steps towards practicing arm balancing and inversions that require strength, alignment and balance.

Experience impressive teaching skills from Wirni. She will gradually guide you through the preparatory poses techniques and helpful tips to gain confidence and strength so that you can attempt more inversion poses as practice deepen. Experience the fearless, peace and calmness within yourself with this series as you enjoy the anti-ageing properties of the inversion postures.

Whether you’re new to inversions, or more experienced and looking for some challenging variations, this workshop will provide you with helpful tips and tricks to get you flying! You will leave the workshop feeling more confident in integrating this pose into your daily practice! It is not advisable to practice there more advanced inversions if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, a heart condition, back or neck injury and pregnancy.
