Iron Gym is headquartered out of Finland. They provide easy to use and cost effective exercise equipment. They operate exclusively under the Iron Gym name in an effort to expand the product line while quickly growing the brand. In addition to chin-up/pull up bars, Iron Gym also sells and distributes abdominal rollers and other push-up enhancing equipment.

Overview:
The SOKANO Iron Gym Door Gym Chin Up Bar Upper Body Workout Bar is a great chin up bar that provides an upper body workout for the shoulders, back, chest, arms and abs. It provides three pull up grip options: narrow, neutral, and wide. These grips can be utilized with overhand and underhand grips to put focus on all areas of the arms, back, chest and shoulders. The Iron Gym Chin-Up Bar also provides a couple extensions in order to utilize a hammer grip for seriously workout out the back and shoulders. *Note: The Iron Gym Express Chin Up Bar is very similar to the Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar. They’re calling this one a “chin-up” bar (palms facing in), but you can, of course do pull ups (palms facing out) as well.

This bar can also be moved to the bottom of the door frame and used as a support for sit-ups and/or crunches to work the abdomen. You can also take the Iron Gym Express Chin-Up Bar completely off of the door frame for more exercises like dips and push-ups.

The Iron Gym Express Chin-Up Bar with is made from heavy duty steel and has a weight capacity of 270 lbs. It is very strong and very durable. I could not find a single negative report on the durability of this bar. Overall, this is among the best chin up bars you can find.
