Function: 1. Melting, covering, isolating, preventing oxidation 2. Clean the surface of weld 3. Participation in flow brazing/puddle welding Cautions: 1. Clean oils, oxides and other contaminants of brazing components and solder surface. 2. Before welding, workpiece must be preheated to about 500 degrees and electrode coated with an appropriate amount of brazing flux. 3. After welding, cleaning welds, prevent corrosion of residues solder flux. 4. It should be stored in a dry place, against damp. Welding operation: 1. Mix the welding powder with pure water to paste. 2. Apply paste to the mouth of welding workpiece, or pre-heating the brazing and soldering alloy first. 3. Use the brazing and soldering alloy stick with the welding powder. The welding gap could not too big. It is normally 0.01-0.05mm. In the flame brazing, usually to use neutral welding. In the operation, should to avoid to use the flame to heat the brazing & soldering alloy and the welding powder. Note: Transition: 1cm=10mm=0.39inch No retail package.
