Black garlic oil is Kumamoto style black oil made from sesame oil and fried garlic, the soup has delicious garlic flavor

This ramen features non-fried, non-steamed straight noodles with a texture close to that of fresh noodles in a rich soup base with garlic

DIRECTIONS OF USE:Boil 480ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference)

When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add one bag each of soup and seasoning oil, and gently stir. (Scorched spring onion is inside the soup bag)
