- Installation screws and tools are provided. Please take note that the screws are standard size (M4 &M5, 8mm) suitable for most monitors. However, if your monitor requires different sizes screws, please get from local DIY shop before assembling it.

- Item not the same with originally delivered, over warranty period or expected wear and tear are not covered.

- Please send a video to proof the product is faulty, together with the order number and your name to our Whatsapp.

- Upon our feedback, send the faulty product to us at the address stated for verification. Shipment to us paid by you. 

- A replacement will be sent to you with shipment paid by us.

- Note: There is no official warranty card system. We will check through your order ID for warranty claims.
