It is a Japanese-style dashi stock that uses three types of dried bonito flakes that are excellent in aroma, richness, and taste. You can add this seasoning into various Japanese dishes, e.g. miso soup, oden, noodle soup, chawanmushi and more.

Ingredients:

Seasonings (amino acids, etc.), salt, sugars (sugar, lactose), flavor ingredients (bonito flakes powder, bonito flakes extract), yeast extract, wheat protein fermented seasoning


成分：

调味料（氨基酸等）、食盐、糖类（砂糖、乳糖）、风味成分（鲣鱼片粉、鲣鱼片提取物）、酵母提取物、小麦蛋白发酵调味料


< How to Use>

- Dashi Broth (stewed items, miso soup, etc) 

For 300 ml (1 and a half Cups) of Water or Hot Water, 2/3 (2 grams) teaspoons of the broth 

-Flavored steamed Rice For 1 cup of rice, 1 overfilled teaspoon (4 grams) 

-Stir Fried Dishes For 2 people (servings) ingredients 1 overfilled teaspoon (4 grams)


<使用方法>

-炖煮类料理（炖菜、味噌汤等）

添加300 毫升（1 杯半）的热水，加入2/3（2 克）茶匙的调味料

-风味蒸饭

1 杯米饭，1 茶匙（4 克）

-炒菜

2 人份（份）配料 1 茶匙（4 克）
