Inaka Soba noodles are native Japanese noodles made of buckwheat flour (soba-ko) and wheat flour (komugi-ko). They are about as thick as spaghetti, and prepared in various hot and cold dishes.

The most basic soba dish is zaru soba in which boiled, cold soba noodles are eaten with a soya based dipping sauce (tsuyu) and spiced with a bit of wasabi. Boil for 6 minutes in water, drain and serve warm or rinse with cold water and serve cold.

田舍太切荞麦面是由荞麦粉（soba-ko）和小麦粉（komugi-ko）制成的日本本土面条。它们大约和意大利面一样厚，冷吃热吃都非常合适。

最基本的荞麦面是 zaru 荞麦面，将煮熟的冷荞麦面与以大豆为基础的蘸酱 (tsuyu酱油) 一起食用，并加入少许芥末调味。在水中煮 6 分钟即可，沥干并趁热食用或用冷水冲洗后享用。
