Scientific Name：Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.

English Name：Hawthorn fruit，hawthorn berry，chinese hawthorn，china hawthorn.

Family & Genus：Rosaceae，Crataegus.

Pharmacology：Digestion-promoting，beneficial to cardiovascular system，blood-pressure-lowering，lipid-lowering，antioxidant，immunity-enhancing，anti-bacterial and anti-cancer.

Properties：Sour，sweet taste. Slightly warm in nature.

Benefits：Activate blood circulation，promote digestion & invigorate stomach，activate qi circulation & dissipate blood stasis，remove turbid & reduce hyperlipidemia. 

Indications： 

·Hyperlipidemia

·Postpartum blood stasis

·Dysentery & abdominal pain

·Epigastric fullness & distention

·Heart & abdomen pricking pain

·Blood stagnation & amenorrhea 

·Indigestion due to over consumption of meat

*Pregnant women are refrained from consumption.


Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

适用于：

·胃脘胀满

·泻痢腹痛

·瘀血经闭

·产后瘀阻

·心腹刺痛

·高脂血症

·肉食积滞证

*孕妇忌服。


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
