24 months from manufacturing date.


Shipping:
Delivery within 3-5 working days, using courier services.
Kindly confirm your delivery address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.
In the case of courier services returns an undeliverable package to us, we do not issue any refund. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. 


Exchange Policy:
Only item with manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange.
Manufacturing defects such as: leakages, moulds, and fungus
 
Exchange request with clear photos of the defects must be submitted . Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by customer.
 
All products will be properly sealed and packed before sending out to customers. Damages occurred during delivery by courier services are not the responsibility of the seller.
