Ingredients: Codonopsis Root  (党参), Chinese Yam (淮山), Goji Berries (枸杞子), Dried Longan (龙眼肉), Red Dates (红枣), Soloman's seal (玉竹)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Blanch 500g chicken in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes until you see the scum and dirt float up. Remove and set aside.
  • Rinse all the dried herbs to remove dust and dirt.
  • Ready 1500ML - 2 ML water in a pot, put the dried herbs, and add in the chicken. Bring it to boil on high heat.
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours
  • Season with salt according to your own preference.
