Scientific Name：Epimedium Macranthum Morr.et Decne

English Name：Barrenwort，horny goat weed.

Family & Genus：Berberidaceae，Epimedium.

Pharmacology：Antitussive，phlegm-eliminating，pant-calming，decompressive，anti-inflammatory，promote gonad function.

Properties：Acrid，sweet taste. Warm in nature. 

Benefits：Strengthen muscle & bone，tonify kidney & invigorate energy，expel wind & dampness.

Indications：

·Cold uterus 

·Limbs numbness

·Dribbling of urine

·Frequent urination

·Rheumatic arthralgia

·Waist & knee weakness

·Flaccidity of bones & muscles

*Those with yin（body fluids）deficiency & hyperactivity of internal heat are refrained from consumption.


Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

药理作用：镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用，降压作用，抗炎作用，促进性腺功能。

性味：味辛、甘；性温。

功能：强筋骨，补肾壮阳，祛风除湿。

适用于：

·尿频

·宫冷

·小便淋沥

·筋骨痿软

·腰膝无力

·风湿痹痛

·四肢麻木

*注：阴虚火旺者忌服！


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
