Uses

What are the benefits of chamomile oil? The use of chamomile has been described in medical texts from ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Over the centuries, it’s been used for: - digestive upset, such as indigestion, nausea, or gas - wound healing, including ulcers and sores - anxiety relief - easing skin conditions like eczema or rashes - anti-inflammation and pain relief for conditions like back pain, neuralgia, or arthritis - promoting sleep, relaxing, calming


Directions for Use

  1. Diffusion: Use 3 drops in the diffuser of your choice
  2. Topical use or Massage : Apply 3 drops into 10ml of massage oil to desired area. Dilute lavender essential oil with base oil like jojoba oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
  3. Bathing: Use up to 8 drops in the bath tub.

Example:-

  1. Add a few drops of Essential Oil to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime.
  2. Keep a bottle of Essential Oil on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations.
  3. Freshen your linen closet, mattress, car, or the air by combining Essential Oil with water in a spray bottle.
