Delivery FAQ:

1. Is my area covered for delivery & installation?

Answer: We deliver and install within Klang Valley area namely: Kepong, Batu Caves, Gombak Cheras, Sentul, Selayang, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Ampang, Puchong, Shah Alam, PJ, Damansara, Kota Damansara, Klang, Meru, Kapar, Kajang, Semenyih, Bangi, Jenjarom, Sepang, Rawang, Bukit Beruntung, Dengkil, Seri Kembangan, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya.

2. How long does it take for delivery?

Answer: We will deliver 3-10 working days on non-peak period, 5-14 working days on peak period (11.11 promo, 12.12 promo, CNY, Hari Raya etc)

3. Why here in Lazada shows ship in 2-9 days?

Answer: That is the estimate provide by Lazada for seller to ship their item to logistics. We deliver using own lorry usually can only deliver 3 to 4 orders per day with installation. Should you need it urgently please live chat us on the it's availability.

4. I want my order to deliver on specific day, can you arrange for me?

Answer: Yes you may choose your preferred time frame by letting us know thru live chat once you have placed your order and we will try our best to accommodate to your schedule. For order without preferred time frame we will call 1 or 2 days before delivery for you to make your time arrangement to accept order.

5. I am only free to accept order on weekends?

Answer: We do delivery on weekends too so long as the residence management allow entry on weekends. Also delivery on weekends only will take longer to deliver.

6. Can you deliver and install to apartment/condo? Will there be additional charges?

Answer: For apartment without lift we will cover ground and 1st floor without additional charges. For apartment/condo with lift we will deliver without additional charges but buyer is responsible to get the management approval to use the lift prior to the delivery.
