Operation Steps:


1. Please tide the cuff on the arm(tightness as one fingers), and let the air tap to the point the wrist.


2. To make sure the lower edge of cuff is more than 2-3cm distance to the elbow joint and let the air tape is inside of the arm.


3. Please sit for 5 minutes in silence before measuring, put the arm on the desk flat, sit upright with your palms up, the centre of cuff should be with the same height of heart, and notice that the air tube of cuff can not be twisted or curved. Press OP button to measure


* It is not suitable to measure after meal, exercise and with emotional excitement.
