Product Description


Cooking Method

1) Apply Golden Phoenix Mix onto skin and inside of chicken. Squeeze orange juice onto chicken. Stuff remaining orange pulp and onion inside. 

1A) Roasting : Roast chicken in pre-heated oven at 180'c for 60 minutes(varies according to type of oven) 

1B) Steaming : Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, followed by aluminium foil sheet and steam for 2 hours.

 

Cara Memasak

1) Sapukan Campuran Golden Phoenix pada kulit dan bahagian dalam ayam. Perahkan jus oren sertakan masukkan bawang dan lebihan oren ke dalam ayam.

1A) Membakar : Bakar ayam dengan ketuhar pada suhu 180'c selama 60 minit(mungkin berbeza mengikut jenis ketuhar yang digunakan)

1B) Mengukus : Balut ayam dengan pembungkusan plastic serta kertas aluminium dan kukus selama 2 jam)

Sugar(Gula(, Ziziphi Jujubae Fructus, Salt(Garam), Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Chicken Seasoning(Perisa Ayam), MSG, Caramel Powder(Serbuk Karamel), Lycii Fructus, Onion(Bawang), Corn Flour(Tepung Jagung)Anti-caking Agent(Agen Anti-gumpal), Ginger(Halia), pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Garlic(Bawang Putih)
