Natural Bragg apple cider vinegar is eich in enzymes and potassium. It is brownish in colour and if held to light, you will see tiny formation of “strand-like” substances that we call the miracle “Mother”. This amazing “Mother” of Vinegar, which occurs naturally as strand-like of connected protein molecules, it is the most nutritious part of the Apple Cider Vinegar and is very beneficial to digest. As it ages, more “Mother” shows at the bottom of the bottle.

The whole process of growing, processing and bottling of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990. This product is also Kosher Certified. Full of zesty natural goodness, is well known as one of the nature’s greatest aids to health and long life.

Apply externally, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar helps to:

Method of Consumption:
Mix 1 tablespoon of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with 1 tablespoon of raw honey in a glass of water. Consume 2 or more times daily.
