Bario Brown Rice

Located 1000m above sea level of Kelabit Highlands in the northeastern center of mountainous region of Miri Sarawak. The Kelabit tribe is among Borneo's best rice farmers mainly growing Bario Rice and is the pride of Sarawak. It has been labelled as Geographical Indications of Sarawak. Bario Brown Rice is the unrefined version of Bario white rice derived from the cool, pure and natural environments of Bario Highlands. The rice is obtained by removing only the outer husk and leaving the brown seed coat intact which is rich in fibre and nutrients. The rice is flavorful with a nutty taste and chewier after cooked.

巴里奥糙米

巴里奥糙米种植于海拔1000米的Kelabit 高原，位于砂拉越美里山区的东北部。高原上的 Kelabit 部落是婆罗洲最好的稻农之一，主要种植巴里奥稻米，这个特点也成了砂拉越人的骄傲，同时被标记为砂拉越的地理标志。巴里奥糙米是提取自未经精制的巴里奥白米，源自巴里奥高原凉快、纯净且天然的环境。这种米粒仅除去外皮并保留完整的棕色种皮，它富含纤维和营养。巴里奥糙米口感特佳，煮熟后略带坚果味，而且也具嚼劲。

Beras Perang Bario 

Terletak 1000m dari permukaan laut Kelabit di bahagian timur laut kawasan pergunungan Miri Sarawak. Suku kaum Kelabit adalah di antara penanam padi terbaik Borneo terutamanya menanam padi Bario dan menjadi kebanggaan di negeri Sarawak dan telah di labelkan sebagai petunjuk geografi negeri Sarawak. Beras perang Bario adalah versi beras putih Bario yang belum dimurnikan. Beras ini diperoleh dengan mengeluarkan serkam luar dan meninggalkan lapisan berwarna cokelat. Ianya kaya dengan serat dan nutrien. Rasanya lembut dan wangi dengan tekstur yang melekit selepas dimasak.
