Biscuits/Snack is a very sensitive product, without proper handling which will resulted in product damaged. We are not carrying any liability on the product damage caused by 3rd party or courier service. However, in the event you received the damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact us for our assistance on damaged claim.


Customers are advisable to take video/picture during unbox your parcel, this is very important to provide evidence when requested in the event your parcel is damaged by courier service. Without proper evidence, your claim might be declined.


Seller will in our best effort to assist customers claim the damaged by 3rd party.
