经典1368茯茶是泾渭茯茶恢复600多年前神秘的茶产品形式、传统茶叶生产制作工艺首批产品之一。


茯茶具有保健功效，茯茶在古代可以入药。它的内含物质包括微量元素能提高人的免疫力。另一方面是突出的保健功效，有调节肠胃、血糖的功能，如能需时补之，可以让身体达到相对平衡的健康状态。


茯茶的冲泡法:

1．冲泡前把茶具用刚烧开的沸水温润

2．放入茶叶，茶叶与水的比例为1:30

3．随后冲入沸水后马上把水倒掉，作洗茶的作用

4．第二次冲入沸水，闷泡3到5分钟以后直接出汤


茯茶的烹煮法

1．把茯砖茶投入壶中，与水的比例为1:20

2．用沸水温润茶叶以后再注入冷水

3. 然后煮至到沸腾

4．再把煮好的茶汤通过过滤网倒入到公道杯中

5．然后分入品茗杯，即可品尝茶汤。


茯茶的搭配泡法

1．取适量茶叶放入茶壶中，加清水，熬煮＋分钟

2．把茶汤过滤，取出以后，放在茶杯中

3．再加入适量的菊花(可按需选择其他食材)泡制

4．几分钟以后，自制的菊花茯茶就能泡好

5．可以将茶放入冰箱冷藏，冷藏后的茶会更加甘甜


Fu Tea is a type of fermented tea and categorized as Dark Tea. It was invented by Xianyang people of Shaanxi with a special processing technology in 1368. Because the tea was compressed into brick form, and had the similar function with Fu Ling (a traditional Chinese herbal medicine), it got the name Fu Tea, or Fu Bricks. 


Mysterious Probiotics


Fu Tea is categorized as Dark Tea. The process of making Fu Tea are very sophisticated. After three sessions of fermentation, the tea brick will naturally grow a specific type of spores inside called "Golden Flower", which is a kind of probiotics and good for health.


Golden Flower


The golden flower distinguishes Dark Tea from other types and its quality, such as color, density and plumpness, is the evaluation index of the quality of Fu Tea. The golden flower can effectively adjust the level of blood fat and blood sugar, as well as help disgestion, bowel movement and weight control. It is a good choice to improve the sub-health status.


Brewing Methods – New Ways to Enjoy it


The Simmering Method - take 3g of JingWei Fu Tea, add 300ml boiling water, put the lid on and have a steeping time of 5 minutes, then filter the tea and enjoy it.


The Cooking Method - take 10g of JingWei Fu Tea, add 500ml water, heat the water and bring it to rolling boil up to 3 minutes, then filter the tea and enjoy it.


The Seasoning Method - Add roses, chrysanthemums, honey or ingredients you like into the cooked tea.


The Direct Brewing Method - Take 3g of JingWei Fu Tea , add 200ml boiling water and steep for 2 minutes, then filter the tea and enjoy it.
