不知什么原因,人们对柑橘的酸甜果味常持有种情愫和忠心。


例如英国知名的伯爵茶,用红茶配合着香柠檬油调制而成,带有香柑气味,很是流行。在广东云浮一带,有将柚子挖空果肉,放入茶叶,放在通风阴凉处后制成的柚子茶。韩国人会将柚子配以蜂蜜,制成蜂蜜柚子茶, 也是讨喜的口感。而小青柑从刚刚出现的时候就轻易俘获了口舌。


决定小青柑优劣的,茶底的品质是最关键的。通常小青柑里的普洱茶采用的是存放几年的普洱熟茶,而这款小青柑的茶底可是选用云南勐海宫廷普洱 熟普,饮之陈香顺滑,耐人寻味,配与新会小青柑,是男才女貌,黄金搭配。热水一烫,普洱的仓味被取代以截然不同的清新果香。

 

提到陈皮,就不得不提它的原产地广东新会。而自古以来,新会出产中国最好的广陈皮,是中药界的公认事实。


在新会有独特的"三水汇聚"的水文奇观。西江、潭江、银洲湖在这里相约入海,江水涨落形成的冲积平原给新会的土壤以不可替代的天然优势,纯净的江水也是新会柑树的天然灌溉。过去人们常常以陈皮入药,或作为香料入菜,比如陈皮鸭、陈皮红豆沙、陈皮酒、陈皮梅等等,甚至直接用来泡水饮用。

新会是陈皮的道地产区,跟其他地区的品种相比,新会柑的挥发油更多,芳香更浓。


好柑采自好果树。


果皮精选夏末秋初,足够树龄的果树所产的地道小青柑,柑果初生阶段,色泽清润,油室颗粒饱满,娇艳欲滴。它的挥发油、黄酮类、多糖类等活性物质达到较佳的状态。

Xiao Qing Gan also known as Tangerine Pu-er tea or Green Orange Pu-er tea. It is made of green tangerine stuffed Pu-er tea. It is produced in Xinhui District of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China and has very high premium quality. 


The dried tangerine and Pu-er tea are characterized by the fact that the more aged, the more fragrant and valuable, so Xiao Qing Gan is the same. Xiao Qing Gan can be brewed many times. One Xiao Qing Gan can be used a day, but should not use the overnight Xiao Qing Gan, which will produce many bacteria through one night.
