肉桂是武夷岩茶(大红袍)中的当家品种，是很多人都喜欢喝的一种乌龙茶，其口感醇厚，内质又十分的丰富，适量饮用对身体各方面都有很好的保健作用！


肉桂茶的口感

 

武夷山有一句谚语"香不过肉桂，醇不过水仙"，肉桂茶除了具有岩茶的滋味外，更以其香气辛锐持久的高香而备受人们的欢迎，简单描述肉桂茶的品种特征就是"辛辣感、桂皮香，对口腔的强烈刺激"。


肉桂的桂皮香明显，佳者带乳香，香气久泡犹存;入口醇厚而鲜爽，汤色澄黄清澈，叶底黄亮，条索紧结卷曲，色泽褐绿，油润呈宝色。


喝正岩肉桂茶对身体的好处


武夷茶，温而不寒，久藏不变质，味厚不苦不涩，香胜白兰、芬芳馥郁，提神消食，下气解酒，性温不伤胃。

 

肉桂茶性温，散寒止痛，补火助阳，暖脾胃，通血脉，杀虫止痢。肉桂茶具有、防辐射、抗衰老、抗变异、提高免覆力、散寒止痛、补火助阳、暖脾胃、通血脉、杀虫止痢等作用。肉桂茶还被誉为"健康之宝"。


Rou Gui (肉桂) means cinnamon in Chinese. It is very bold tea. The tea plant itself carries some spiciness, that can be a good or bad thing depending on the skill of the Tea Master. A great Tea Master will be able to take away that spiciness but not the richness of the tea. Good Rougui is such a fruity tea, together with the light pleasant aroma of bay leaves, it is great tea for the cold winter evenings.


These long, organized leaves effuse a floral, chocolaty caramel fragrances. Once brewed the clear fiery orange liquor aroma gave bold notes of cinnamon and a wonderful "fresh air" aroma, like standing next to a fast flowing stream. The flavour lingered on palettes for a long time and gently suggested a dark chocolate essence. 


The mouthfeel was full and creamy and the flavour continued to evolve as progressed through the infusions. The second infusion was left a little too long in the Gaiwan, but while the flavour was notably stronger, no hints of astringency or bitterness were detected, making this a great tea for those of you who love Yan Cha on the strong side. The classic rocky flavour really started to emerge in the fourth infusion. This continued throughout the rest of the session and noted a surprisingly wonderful leechy hint come out on the sixth infusion.
